What’s Monjayaki?

Monjayaki is the local food of Kanto region including Tokyo.
It is a kind of Japanese pan-fried batter similar to Okonomiyaki.
Unlike Okonomiyaki, Monjayaki is a gel-formed dish.
All of ingredients including toppings are mixed with the batter and fried.
Popular toppings are pork, seafood, mochi, and cheese!

How to make Monjayaki?

Monjayaki is usually served without being cooked.
Customers enjoy cooking Monjayaki by themselves.
Of course, you can request staffs to cook them,

1. Pour all ingredients on a griddle.

Then, please don’t pour the soup on a griddle.
